Elaine is a Colorado native and grew up in the building (construction) industry. Her integrity and values of providing the best home for our clients was instilled from an early age and is the foundation of the values of Villagree Luxury Homes.
Elaine has a degree in Business Management and an MBA in Technology Management. She is a Real Estate Broker and offers our clients the ease of being able to sell their current home or locate a lot so they can build their dream home.
As a General Contractor and being in the custom home building industry for over 30 years, her favorite thing is being on the build site when she has time.
She is proud of her company. “We have a terrific, passionate team at Villagree and go the extra mile when it comes to building an incredibly sound, beautiful home.”
Certain aspects of our builds we deem as essentials that some other builders do not. A number of these are elements you will never see such as added structural engineering, focusing on quality control, enhancing energy efficiency, and high-quality materials and finishes.
Every home is ENERGY STAR certified. We strive for much more than just meeting building codes.
Elaine values the importance of using the best trades for our builds so as to not compromise the integrity and quality of the home. Trade relations are a vital component of every build process.
At Villagree, our goal is building a dream home for our clients that they can enjoy for years to come. As a fixed-cost builder, our clients know up front how much their build is going to cost vs the cost-plus model which can easily price someone out of being able to build the home of their dreams.
Gregg Cawlfield
President, Sales & Operations
Gregg has a strong business background, earning his business degree from the University of Colorado along with numerous awards and certificates. He has over 20 years in the financial services industry, including Director of the state’s largest financial institution.
Building custom homes runs deep for Gregg, a descendant of multiple generations of homebuilders in Colorado. With over 25 years of building and residential design experience, Gregg has a unique talent of bringing a client’s vision to life.
Gregg strives to design exquisite luxury custom homes with unparalleled quality and service. He understands the importance of delivering individualized service built on trust and integrity.
At Villagree Luxury Homes, Gregg fosters the many unique experiences and talents of the employees with a single common goal – to build the best and most beautiful homes in the region. He believes that success is achieved through teamwork.
Lance Lathrop
Construction Manager
Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University, where he studied Business Management and Construction Management.
Currently, Lance serves as the Construction Manager for Villagree Luxury Homes, bringing 24 years of experience in the construction industry to the team.
His experience encompasses a diverse range of projects, including the construction of production homes, multifamily units, semi-custom homes, and multimillion-dollar custom homes.
As the son of a builder, Lance has cultivated a lifelong passion for crafting meticulously designed homes that reflect the unique vision of each client. He takes great pleasure in transforming their thoughts and ideas into a masterpiece that stands as a testament to their individuality.
He is excellent at conveying the build process in an approachable way that helps clients understand and feel at ease.

Rick Wiggers
Superintendent
Rick has been in the construction industry, from supply to management to building, for over 25 years. Rick owned a remodeling business and built apartment buildings, semi-custom and high-end custom homes in El Paso County for the last 17 years.
Rick has a business degree, experience as a small business owner and as a manager in the construction supply industry, along with many years of project management and field supervision.
His expertise is invaluable in building the superior homes that Villagree Luxury Homes is known for.
Rick knows that building a home is both the largest investment most people will ever make as well as one of the most intricate and involved processes into which they will immerse themselves.
From his first-hand experience as well as having the opportunity to walk through that process with hundreds of families, Rick's philosophy has always been to put himself in the shoes of the clients and to remember the excitement, the questions, the anticipation, and the joy of the process.
Rick enjoys being a part of the Villagree team because of their excellence in design and material, creativity, talent, attention to detail and focus on the client’s experience.

Jessica Brown
Senior Interior Designer
Jessica has been an interior designer in Colorado Springs for 19 years. She’s worked with multiple builders over the years creating high-end, award-winning homes.
Interior Design is her passion and finds it immensely fulfilling to have her dream career in design.
Jessica has worked with the HBA and the Parade Committee for many years, serving as the Chair of the Parade of Homes in 2022.
As a Colorado native, she’s spent her career building relationships within the building and design community.
Jessica’s favorite part of design is taking a homeowner’s vision and turning it into reality. She enjoys the journey from conception to installation. Jessica loves the challenges, variety of design and finding solutions through the creative process.
She loves being part of the team at Villagree, where everyone works toward the same vision and explores the options to achieve something amazing.
Jessica makes it a priority that the homeowner is always enjoying the design process. It’s important to her that the clients feel connected to the design team and to know that the team is here to make their dreams come true.
Jessica strives to help homeowners feel confident that we are always listening to their ideas and working toward achieving their goals.

Koti Norris
Interior Designer
Koti has an Associates Degree in Interior Design, with over 6 years total design experience: 3 Years at La-Z-Boy as the In-Home Designer and 3 years in residential home design.
Koti’s favorite part of interior design is the end result. She loves seeing how all of the selections come together to create a beautiful home that the client loves.
Tile and lighting are her absolute favorite elements to select during the home design process. There are just so many beautiful options to choose from!
Koti believes in being attentive and detail oriented in order to provide an excellent client experience and also essential component to bringing their dream home to life.
At Villagree, Koti loves being part of a skilled team that can't be found anywhere else. She knows that designing a home is based around the client’s vision and not based around what the designers want.
She loves that Villagree is focused on providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process, as well as a high-quality home that is built to last.
Jennie Whiting
Interior Designer & Marketing Specialist
Jennie has been obsessed with home design, layout, function and the way a home feels ever since she was a child. As an interior designer, she’s been helping clients create their dream home for the last 8 years.
Jennie loves listening to the needs and wants of clients to create a design that reflects their wishes. She also loves to surprise clients with a special element or decor piece that really touches them as an authentic part of their story.
As an experienced blogger and social media content creator, Jennie knows the art of photography to convey visual storytelling and the power of the written word to educate and inform.
As a brand representative and marketing specialist, she loves capturing the moment, connecting with others and creating lasting relationships.

Tanya Franklin
Home Concierge
Tanya has been providing white glove service for over two decades now. She is very passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, which sets us apart from other builders.
She finds it very rewarding to be part of a team involved in making a client’s forever dream home come true.
She is a wealth of knowledge and works hard to answer any questions or concerns you have with compassion, understanding and accuracy. She loves to make you feel at home and your needs met during your time at Villagree.
Tanya also assists in our Warranty Department. She works directly with our homeowners while executing the service request process, upholding response and completion goals, and ensuring all work meets or exceeds plan specifications, quality, and safety standards.
In Tanya’s free time, she enjoys, traveling, scrapbooking, hiking and baking.
