Elaine Cawlfield
Owner, CEO
MEET ELAINE
Elaine is a Colorado native who grew up in the construction industry. The integrity, work ethic, and commitment to building the very best homes for clients that were instilled in her from an early age continue to serve as the foundation of Villagree Luxury Homes.
She holds a degree in Business Management and an MBA in Technology Management. Elaine is also a licensed real estate broker, allowing her to offer clients additional support when selling their current home or locating the ideal property on which to build their dream home.
As a general contractor with more than 30 years of experience in custom homebuilding, Elaine understands every aspect of the construction process. Although her responsibilities extend far beyond the jobsite, one of her favorite places to be is at a Villagree home under construction, watching the team’s work and the client’s vision come to life.

She also places tremendous value on working with trusted, highly skilled trade partners. Strong trade relationships are essential to maintaining consistency, accountability, and exceptional craftsmanship throughout every stage of construction. Elaine believes quality should never be compromised for convenience or short-term savings.

Gregg Cawlfield
President, Sales & Operations
MEET GREGG
Gregg brings a strong combination of business leadership, architectural design expertise, and hands-on construction experience to Villagree Luxury Homes. He earned his business degree from the University of Colorado, along with numerous professional awards and certifications. Before focusing fully on luxury homebuilding, Gregg spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry, including serving as a Director at Colorado’s largest financial institution.
Custom homebuilding runs deep in Gregg’s family. He is descended from multiple generations of Colorado homebuilders and has more than 25 years of experience in residential design and construction. That background gives him a unique ability to understand a client’s vision and transform it into a home that is both beautifully designed and exceptionally functional.
Gregg personally leads the architectural design of every Villagree home. His distinctive designs and commitment to excellence have earned numerous awards and prestigious recognition throughout the building and design community. He approaches each home individually, creating architecture that reflects the homeowner’s lifestyle, personal taste, and vision rather than relying on a predetermined style or formula.
Gregg is passionate about designing exquisite luxury homes distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful details, and uncompromising quality. He understands that building a custom home is an extremely personal experience and believes every client deserves individualized service founded on communication, trust, and integrity.

Gabe Moeller
Sr Project Manager
MEET GABE
Gabe serves as Villagree’s Senior Project Manager and Superintendent, bringing more than 20 years of construction experience to the team. He oversees each phase of the building process, helping ensure every project is completed with exceptional craftsmanship, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to the highest standards of quality.
With extensive experience in residential construction and project management, Gabe understands what it takes to move a custom home successfully from planning through completion. He works closely with homeowners, trade partners, designers, and the Villagree team to coordinate schedules, manage construction activities, and keep each project moving forward efficiently.
Gabe’s hands-on approach allows him to identify challenges early, develop practical solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the building process. He understands that successful project management requires organization, accountability, and the ability to carefully manage countless details without losing sight of the homeowner’s overall vision.
As Superintendent, Gabe is committed to maintaining Villagree’s standards in the field. He takes pride in ensuring that every element of a home is thoughtfully executed and that our trade partners have the direction and information they need to produce exceptional work.

Jessica Brown
Sr Interior Designer, Manager
MEET JESSICA
Jessica has been an interior designer in Colorado Springs for more than 20 years and has received numerous awards in recognition of her design excellence. Interior design is her passion, and she finds it incredibly fulfilling to have built a career doing what she loves.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been actively involved with the Housing & Building Association and the Parade of Homes Committee, serving as Chair of the Parade of Homes in 2022. As a Colorado native, she has also developed lasting relationships throughout the local building and design community.
Jessica’s favorite part of the design process is taking a homeowner’s vision and bringing it to life. She enjoys every stage of the journey, from the initial concept through final installation. She embraces the variety and challenges that come with custom design and enjoys finding thoughtful, creative solutions along the way.
At Villagree, Jessica loves being part of a talented and collaborative team that shares a common vision. She appreciates the way the team explores every possibility and works together to create something truly exceptional for each homeowner.

Koti Norris
Interior Designer
MEET KOTI
Koti has a degree in Interior Design and more than 10 years of experience, specializing in CAD and visual design.
Her favorite part of the interior design process is seeing the finished result. She enjoys watching each carefully considered selection come together to create a beautiful home that reflects the client’s vision and feels uniquely their own.
Tile and lighting are two of Koti’s favorite elements to select. With so many beautiful options available, they offer endless opportunities to add character, warmth, and personality to a home.
Koti believes that attentiveness and a detail-oriented approach are essential to providing an exceptional client experience and bringing each homeowner’s dream to life.

Carmen Garcia
Project Coordinator, Purchasing & Estimating
MEET CARMEN
Carmen serves as Villagree’s Project Coordinator with over 20 years of experience, specializing in purchasing, estimating, and coordinating the many details that keep each project moving forward. She works closely with both the construction and design teams to help ensure every home is thoughtfully planned and expertly executed.
Carmen enjoys bringing organization and clarity to the building process. From gathering estimates and placing orders to tracking materials and communicating with the team, she helps ensure every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.
Her attention to detail is especially important when assisting with the procurement of selections, materials, and products that go into each custom home. She understands that careful planning behind the scenes is essential to keeping construction on schedule and delivering the exceptional quality our clients expect.
Carmen also coordinates Villagree’s warranty program, helping homeowners navigate any needs that arise after they move into their new home. She works closely with our clients, trade partners, and construction team to ensure warranty items are communicated clearly and resolved promptly.
