We guide you through every phase of the construction process, from lot preparation to the final walkthrough and Home Orientation. We place an emphasis on craftsmanship, communication, and care at every step.

What the Villagree Construction Process Looks Like 

1. Site Preparation & Utilities

• We begin with surveying, excavation, grading, and bringing in essential services (power, water, sewer/septic). Laying a clean, level foundation for your future home is vital. 

2. Foundation & Framing

• Concrete footings and engineered slabs or basements are poured. Then comes the structure: framing the walls, roof, and layout you’ve designed to bring your home to life in real-time 3D. 

3. Mechanical Rough-Ins

• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, low-voltage systems, and smart tech infrastructure are installed behind the walls for performance, comfort, and future expansion. 

4. Windows, Roofing & Envelope Sealing

• We secure your home from the elements using energy-efficient windows, Class A roofing, and advanced air and moisture barrier systems. 

5. Insulation & Drywall

• With performance-tested insulation and expertly finished drywall, your home starts to feel like home in a quiet, insulated, and beautifully shaped way. 

6. Interior Finishes & Millwork

• From flooring and cabinetry to tile, trim, and paint - every surface is completed with the luxury finishes you selected alongside our design team. 

7. Final Systems, Fixtures & Clean Up

• We install appliances, lighting, plumbing fixtures, smart systems, and final hardware. This is followed by deep cleaning and prep for orientation. 

8. Home Orientation & Handoff

• You’ll walk the home with your Villagree team, learn how every system works, identify any final touch-ups, and celebrate your vision realized.
